Downloads: separate standalone and plugins packages again; the standalone package now always includes every DLL the application needs (including Microsoft.Win32.Registry.dll).
Website and help centre are updated with every release.
Settings ▸ Colour theme: NCSE Classic (navy), Graphite & Amber or Ocean Teal — applied at once and remembered.
Progress window: now appears reliably in the standalone application as well — whenever a tool is working on the model (no dialog open), a “Working — please wait” window with a moving bar and timer is shown.
ETABS steel overwrites: the +8 item numbering is used for every AISC 360 edition (05, 10, 16, 22), also by Display Member Design Parameters before the first confirmation.

ETABS AISC 360-16 — Adjust Fy, Clear Fy, Design Parameters, Display Design Parameters: ETABS numbers the steel overwrite items 8 higher than the documented list (unbraced lengths 26–28, K factors 29–33, Fy 43). The tools now confirm the numbering on one member, use it, and remember it on the PC.

Progress window for every tool: while SAP2000 or ETABS is working, a small “Working — please wait” window with a moving bar and a timer shows that the tool is still running.
Select Similar (was Select Similar Sections): choose what must match — section, material, length (± tolerance), end releases, member type, direction, local axis, story/level — in any combination; the number of selected members is reported.
Load Combination Generator: show only load cases of load patterns, other load cases and/or load combinations (several at once), search by name; Select/Clear all act on the shown rows.
Envelope / Range combinations: select several rows (Shift, Ctrl, drag) and tick or untick them together; filter by name.
ETABS — Adjust Fy, Clear Fy, Design Parameters, Display Design Parameters: the overwrite check no longer stops on unfamiliar table column names, and when an ETABS version numbers the overwrite items differently the correct numbers are found automatically and used.

Licence Manager: one-click Publish release (download ZIP, website, licence server and update message).

Tool cards: the title no longer runs under the “?” guide button.
Licence Manager V1.3.6: application icon; Delete customer removes a customer (or a pending request) completely, as if they had never registered.

Update message: when NCSE publishes a new version, the standalone application and the plugins show “Please update NCSE CSI Tools to version …” at start-up, with a link to the download.

Create Areas from Frame Grid — Curved surfaces option. Off: unchanged (one area per panel). On: a panel whose two opposite frames carry the same number of intermediate joints is split at those joints, so every area is supported by two frames and follows the curved frames. Panels that cannot be split are kept as one area and listed.

Licence Manager V1.3.4: new Usage window (by tool, customer and version; CSV export).

Add Steel Profiles replaces Add I-Section: built-up I, circular hollow and rectangular/square hollow sections from a table (rows as entered or all combinations), one-click common materials (A36, A572-50, S235–S500), simple names (BUS600x250x20x12-S355) and auto-select lists.
Version numbering: V1.3.1R, V1.3.2R … for adjustments, V1.4R for a major change, V2.0R for a new generation. Dates are no longer shown inside the application.

One code base. The standalone application and the SAP2000 and ETABS plugins are now built from the same source, so every fix reaches all three.

Eurocode rewritten to EN 1990 Annex A1: ψ factors by imposed-load category (A/B, C/D, E), snow above/below 1000 m, roof category H, 1.0G favourable cases, seismic 6.12b in ULS, SLS characteristic / frequent / quasi-permanent. ULS/SLS labels for Eurocode.
ASCE: “Lr or S or R” and “L or 0.5W” generated as separate combinations; ASD 0.45W; ASCE 7-22 LRFD seismic uses 0.15S; vertical seismic Ev follows the combination’s seismic factor.
Optional temperature in all combinations (with factor for ASCE).
Safe writing: everything is validated first and written under temporary names, so a rejected combination leaves the model unchanged.
New: Save / Load settings (reuse classifications on the next project) and Export CSV of the generated combinations.
The Egyptian code was removed from the list.

Fy by thickness to EN 10025-2:2019 Table 6 for S235, S275, S355, S460, S500 (S450 removed). t ≤ 16 mm uses the material Fy; members thicker than the table get the last band’s value and are highlighted.
The design tools now verify the AISC 360 overwrite items (unbraced ratios, K factors, Fy) on one member before writing, and stop if the program numbers them differently.
Clear Fy reports members it could not change. Adjust Member Design Parameters no longer writes a value when a member length cannot be read.
Display Member Design Parameters reads the program values from the member’s own row only.

Optional DAM stiffness correction (detected from the design preferences), Fy by thickness each trial, review pauses every N trials, stop on weight plateau.
Report: model changes, weight-per-trial chart, steel tonnage per section, Lock final sections, save as HTML/CSV.

Frame to Truss: transferred loads keep their total value on sloping chords, and partial/point loads keep their position along the chord.
3D Replicate (ETABS): area local axes and diaphragms are now copied; any assignment that cannot be copied is reported.
Select Members Between 2 Points: fixed 1 mm tolerance; faster on large models.
Robot → SAP2000: thermal coefficient transferred.
Many CSI read calls are now checked: tools stop with a clear message instead of continuing with zero values.

Access is never ended while a tool is running. Move / Restore Licence for a new PC; device limits enforced.
New Help & Licence menu: licence days left, request renewal, update notice, user guide, save last run report, open log folder. A “?” on every tool opens its online guide.
Errors are written to a local log (%LocalAppData%\NCSE\logs); nothing is sent automatically.
